How it works?
If your go-to recipe is quick, easy and delicious, share it with the My Wholesome Life community. Email your favourite recipe and we’ll select the best options which will be tested, styled and photographed for everyone to enjoy!
How to increase your chances of getting published:
- We love recipes that don’t contribute to food waste, especially when it comes to perishable items. (For example, share a recipe that uses one whole onion, and the entire 250ml container of cream, instead of ½ an onion or 50ml of cream.) This requirement is not essential but desirable, as we do include tips and alternative recipes for leftover ingredients.
- The recipe must fall in the category of LCHF/Keto and/or paleo.
- Make sure it is delicious and packed with flavour.
When you submit content to My Wholesome Life for consideration, please note the following:
- The wording and structure of the final content and recipe will change to fit our editorial style.
- You also give My Wholesome Life permission to use the supplied content, recipe, and images on any digital platform and/or print media.
- The recipe and styled photograph may be used to further promote My Wholesome Life.

How to submit a recipe?
Email us at recipe@mywholesomelife.co.za with the following information:
- Your name and surname
- A portrait of yourself (we’ll include a small picture of you on the page)
- A short description of why you like the recipe
- The recipe ingredients and instructions
